Job description:

·         Years of Experience: 3 or more years of experience as testing consultant with emphasis on IVR, telecommunications and contact center testing. 

·         Experience leading projects to completion. 

·         analyzing requirements,

·         creating test cases, conditions and scripts,

·         creating and managing test data,

·         test execution

·         defect management processes.

• Performing all system test related activities in support of the business requirements for the provision of new and updated systems.

• Performing smoke, functional, end to end and integration testing

• Ensure complete scope of test coverage

• Create, execute and ensure test results are accurate for assigned work products

• Participate in defect management activities through identifying, logging and re-testing
