Hi everyone!
We have also had near misses at this intersection. We agree a taller stop sign would help.

We would also recommend consideration of the following:
1. A speed bump at the top of their driveway (to almost force a stop);
2. Re-painting the word "stop" at the top of the driveway;
3. Trimming the landscaping at the intersection so there is a clear vision triangle; and
4. Perhaps a mirror that would help determine traffic that is on-coming.

On behalf of the association I will forward your recommendations to the Apartment manager.  Per Sandro recommendation homeowners are also encouraged to call the apartments and directly provide their recommendations because the more people that call the more effect and chance we have of them reacting and implementing our recommendations.

Hello everyone,

It looks like the Corde Terra Apartments are fixing the stop sign
issue. They are currently installing it higher and I also saw a yellow
speed bump that will be added to the driveway. Good job everyone.

Great!  Now if we can just get the apartment car drivers to put their hazard lights on before stopping all of a sudden right in front of us while they pick up someone. :)
