Mr. Sakata,
Some neighbors gave me a copy of your letter (dated April 5th and attached attached) dropped in their mailboxes but not in mine
I would like to remind you that in my emails and letters I always reported facts of interest of all the community that have never
been reported by our Board Members (as you well know) neither in the regular meetings nor in any other occasion
Lies or innuendos never showed up in my emails and letters just facts supported with documents, I challenge you to prove the opposite
I never filed any complaints against Annika, how you dare writing such a thing? Can you prove it?
Yes I would like to be elected Board Member in order to implement the program you all have read (I dropped it in your mailbox)
One single Board Member can’t control the whole Board and/or community you know that, don’t you?
I never had any problems with female board members This is real hilarious !!!!!! :O)
Do you believe you have the right to name me as evil, liar etc. just because you’re an HOA President?
This kind of offensive letter always turns against the writer
Marco Mancinelli
Hi Annika,
What's going on?
The mud-slinging letter says the following:
Recently Mancinelli filed a complaint against HOA Board member Annika Tingual to remove her from your Board of Directors on the grounds that she was not on the deed title of the property that she and her husband Kurt own.
You're HOA Board member can you expound on the above?
Thanks,
Danny
