About the Lecture

Delve into the historical, scientific, and social story of hemophilia-a condition that not only ran in royal veins but also sparked breakthroughs in genetics, diagnostics, and treatment.  From the halls of monarchy to modern hospitals, the story of hemophilia is one of science and survival.  Join us as we explore how this rare condition changed lives and how the HIV/AIDS crisis became a turning point in its history.
