Performs professional lead librarian duties in an academic environment. May supervise library staff or serve as team leader on work assignments.

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience:
· Master's degree from an American Library Association accredited program.
· Three years of experience as a professional librarian.
· Experience leading or supervising, training, selecting, monitoring, coaching and evaluating others.
