The SwRI Library Rare Book Collection holds a 1783 edition of Leonhard Euler’s Opuscula Analytica, a landmark work in mathematical analysis by one of history’s most renowned mathematicians. Join us for a special presentation by Christopher Goff, co-director of the Euler Archive, and Michele Gibney, Head of Publishing and Scholarship Support at the University of the Pacific, to learn about Euler’s major contributions to mathematics, explore materials from the Euler Archive, and hear fascinating stories about other notable mathematicians in our Rare Book Collection.
