Hi all,

Just a quick note: we are aware that some types of background jobs (feature extraction, training, and deploy API) have not been progressing for 10 hours or so. The issue is related to our Amazon Web Services setup and we are trying to resolve it soon.

Also, I am behind on addressing questions here - apologies and thanks for your patience.

Update: there has been progress, but resolution will need at least another day.

Actually, I didn't notice the job queue was already starting to move again, and seems to be cleared up by now.
