Metadata upload

  Hi, I'm trying to upload my metadata into the system, but I keep getting the error: "Error reading the CSV file: CSV must have a column called 'Name'." My metadata file already has a column named "Name", so I'm not sure why the system isn't recognizing it. How can i fix this?
