how to view the results of the cumulative annotation per source?

Good evening all

Thank you for this programme and this thread. I have uploaded and annotated images for 4 reef sites (sources). Now wondering how I view and/or download the results? There must be a way to see the % cover etc ...?

All help appreciated and apologies for what may be a very simple question from a new user.

Hi Christine,

It sounds like you're looking for the Export function. Here's how to find it: https://coralnet.ucsd.edu/pages/help/faq/

If you export "Annotations, CSV", you get a spreadsheet containing one row per point-annotation, and then you can do some spreadsheet processing to calculate the percent cover.

Alternatively, you can select "Image Covers" to get a spreadsheet containing one row per image.
