Regaining Data Access

Hi! Several years ago I created an account with Coralnet and uploaded and annotated a full dataset. I have not accessed that account since 2020 and since then, my university email has changed, which is what I had used to log in, so I am now unable to gain access to that dataset. Is there any way I can gain access to that private dataset through a different account, or regain access to the old account?

Hi Eli,

Sure - you can contact me by private email to let me know what was the university email address that you used previously for CoralNet, and what email address you want to use now. Then I can update the existing account to use the latter email address, so that you can log into that account again.
