Exporting CoralNet data into CPCe

Hello Stephen, 

I have created a small test source which will serve for analysis various projects as well as a small test project which used the test source for image analysis. Once the analysis was complete, I tried to export the data into CPCe. However, I can't seem to figure out how to do this.

The labelset on CoralNet matches the codefile for CPCe. Is there a way to export CoralNet analysed images into CPCe, without having to re-analyse them? I want to be able to get the output of CPCe (% live coral cover, % substrate cover etc) from the data points on images processed in CoralNet.

Is this possible and am I doing something wrong?

Hi Gabriele,

On the Browse Images page, one of the Image Actions available is "Export Annotations, CPCe". This should allow you to export .cpc files for the chosen set of images, including any annotations you've already done.

Let me know if there's a specific problem you're encountering when trying to do this.
