Issue with Account Registration and Email Activation

Dear CoralNet Support Team,

I hope this email finds you well. I am experiencing an issue with registering my account on CoralNet. Despite attempting to register multiple times, I have not been able to receive the email activation link.

I’ve also tried resending the activation email several times, but unfortunately, I still haven’t received it in my inbox, including checking my spam/junk folder.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue so I can complete my registration and start using CoralNet?

Hi Shaira,

I don't see a recently registered account with your name on it, so I'm not sure if your registration attempts were successfully submitted.

If registration was successful, you should have seen a page saying "Thank you for registering! We've sent an activation email to the email address you provided."
If you're sure that you saw this page, you can let me know the username you tried to register as (by private email, if you prefer) and I'll check if the username is in our system.

Dear CoralNet Support Team, 

I am also having issues with registering my account on CoralNet, the same as Shaira, which is why I am replying to this instead of creating a new thread.
I have tried creating an account multiple times, and with different email addresses, and everything works right up until I need to verify the email.

After inputting the necessary information, I get to the "Activation Email Sent" screen:

I never received and verification email and have checked spam folders.
Note, the emails I used to create the account are different and are not "gmail" emails.

Hi Gabriele,

For your case I'll also need to know the username and/or email address you were trying. Also, the dates when you were trying to register, if you remember. That way I can check if there is a corresponding registration entry in the database, and then depending on whether that is the case or not, hopefully I can narrow down the problem.
