Contractors

Hi everyone,

We are planing to re-build the one room addition that exists on our house.  Does anyone have a contractor you used that did really good work?

We also need to water proof our basement (from the inside). 

If anyone has done similar work on their homes and have great people you could recommend, we would really appreciate it.
