Confused on some required files

I'm confused on what kinds of files are required for the -r and -v required arguments when running CopySeq.  I understand that -r is a library file of the region of interest, and -v is the path of a library of models.  But I don't know what's actually in either of those files or how I would acquire/construct them.  Any pointers?
