input taxonomy format

Hello Florent,

I've got some questions on the input format to copyrighter...

1. What exactly do you mean by UNALTERED taxonomies? I mean unaltered from what? the greengenes 13_8 release?

2. On that same line, if I have my own update on a taxonomic group of interest that is not in the gg_13_8 release but I formatted it in the same way, will copyrighter completely skip that taxa, fail, or assign it to the nearest recognizable ancestral node?

3. The greengenes database from 2012 is a bit outdated now... any plans on an update?
