Hi

I am new to CopyRighter. I managed to install it on my Windows 8 but I was hoping someone can help me out with the following issue:

QIIME gives OTU tables in biom format. However, I see that CopyRighter requires a distinct format. I looked into the preprocessing folder but I am not sure which one should I choose to transform my QIIME OTU table into a otu_table.qiime required by CopyRighter.

Thanks a lot for your help!

Jose

Hi Jose,
The output is the corrected relative abundances (in %) and can be used
for all downstream analyses including diversity estimates (except
those diversity estimates that use count data instead of relative
abundance data).
The order of the OTUs in the output file should not have any
biological relevance.
Hope this helps,
Florent
