Sync between two machines

Hi, I can´t figure out how to sync the clipboard content between my work and home windows machines. I thought that using the Preferences-Items-Synchronize option will do it, but it does not.

what I am truing to accomplish is to have the work and home machines share the same copyQ content, shared via Dropbox/Synchting, whatever...

Is there a way to do this?
