How to split copied link text into plain text and URL

If I copy the text of a link from a web page or from a cell in excel that contains a link (or from google sheets) is there a way to turn this into

1) just the plain text (paste as plain text works https://copyq.readthedocs.io/en/latest/faq.html#:~:text=To%20paste%20clipboard%20as%20plain,and%20click%20%E2%80%9COK%E2%80%9D%20button.)

2) Just the URL that the text links to

3) the plain text, then a user defined separator, then the URL

eg with   [Linux] Snap Package

In many of the included examples there is code that I can tweak but I can't see any code for the paste as plain so I can't tweak it to get just the URL section..

Any help appreciated
