Automatic PR's generated when the changes are pushed on source repository

Hi CopyBaras Team ,

Would like to know if Automatic PR's are created and notifications are sent against the owner of target repositories with the PR when the changes are done on source repository. PR would be  created against the target repository with the updates done on the source  repositories on the specific file .

Can you please confirm ? If not ,can we have take this as an enhancement ?

My use case is to synch files from source to target repositories where files in the target need not be in the same path or may have different packaging structure .
