Courier not sending emails?

Anyone still using Courier for their email edition? Having an issue where it doesn't seem to be sending email at all anymore. Nothing in the qmail log. Subscription sign-up still works; I can get confirmation emails, just not receiving the actual edition.

This happened to us January-March and then Will did a new version and
it worked for the rest of the semester.
0.3.6 is the current version.
