How to: DAGs and queuing systems via copper

Hello All

I need to run various applications in parallel & in sequence. 

All applications are to be executed on the local machine, so I need to track available resources and initiate the execution of parallel tasks.

My sample DAG looks like this. Could you please suggest how can I achieve this?
