Hello,

Can I change reaction order, for example, swap one equation by another reaction ?

Reaction order influence the result ?  It is not true if solved simultaneously.

Hello, 

The reaction order has no influence on the simulation results. Reactions are converted into ODE's (or propensities) and solved as a system, you can see the ODE's generated in the tree on the left under Model \ Mathematical \ Differential Equations.
