I have a few species whose production plots are not changing over time in my model. I have tried changing the initial concentrations and rate constants for the reactions, but it doesn't change anything. What can be the reason for this?

Thank you for the help,
Nausheen.

Hello  Nausheen,

can you show us the model (and let us know which species you are talking about)? Then we could answer in more detail.

Thanks
Frank

I apologize for not attaching the file. I thought I did. The HMW production and LMW production flux plots don't show any changes.

For me the model is changing as expected. You just have 2 reactions, that compensate each other, for example `LMW degradation` and `LMW production`. If you change the sliders such, that production is higher than consumption, you do see the curve come up. And the same goes for HMW.

I hope this helps,
best
Frank

Thank you. Did you see the flux plots as well? They are not changing for me even when I change the sliders.

Nausheen.
