Hi all. What I hope will be a straightforward question for the experts.

I am fitting multiple experimental data sets to the same model, using Parameter Estimation. Normally I use the growth in of product to do this, i.e. [product] at t = 0 is zero, despite there being different [substrate] at t = 0. Now I want to fit multiple data sets for substrate consumption (i.e. using different starting concentrations). The problem I have is that despite the .csv file having different sets of concentrations for the substrate the model reverts to the number defined in the model>species>initial conc. box. I need this substrate to be the only dependent species in the final model (other species are set as independent and work fine on varying them in the .csv file). I never have seen the problem before, as always looking at the growth in of product where we have a 0,0 starting point.

Any tips/help welcomed!

Andy
