Simulation time in COPASI

Hi everybody,

I am trying to figure out if COPASI can show me the exact time it takes to run one time course simulation. I am using BIOMD0000000339 (https://www.ebi.ac.uk/biomodels/BIOMD0000000339#Files).

Is there a feature to report the time in a report template?

Hello Johannes, 

you can collect timing information, by creating a report that captures the cpu / wallclock time at the end of the run (this is cleverly hidden in the expert menu, so you might not have seen it):

 I've created one in the file attached, now when you run the simulation, the timing of the last run is appended to a file `last_run.txt`.
