CytoCopasi - Integrating COPASI functionality into Cytoscape

Hello Everyone,

The Scientific Computing Research Unit (SCRU) at the University of Cape Town is pleased to announce the recent Bioinformatics publication of the manuscript "CytoCopasi: a chemical systems biology target and drug discovery visual data analytics platform"

The Cytoscape plugin CytoCopasi incorporates the simulation and analysis tools of COPASI into Cytoscape to utilize the platform's visualization tools and database access. This can help streamline comparative chemical systems biology calculations (i.e., when one wants to directly visualize the downstream effects of perturbations or drug action in large reaction networks).
