I want to change the arrowhead on my inhibition reaction in the COPASI diagram (inhibitor is the modifier in the reaction). Is there a way to do that? Thank you!

Hello Nauscheen,

there is no way to do that (currently) in the graphical user interface. I can however make the change for you in the COPASI file, if you send me your COPASI file, and show me the image of the arc  / the name to be modified.

Thanks Frank. Here is my COPASI file. The species CD44HMW in the 16th reaction (NFKB complex dissociation)  is the inhibitor.  Is there a way I can do it by myself for future? Thank you!

The edited file is attached. To do it manually in the future. You would have to:

 - locate the metabolite for the species, here it was `Metabolite_14`
 - locate the metaboliteGlyph for the species, here it is `Layout_16`
 - locate the MetaboliteReferenceGlyph where its been referenced here it was `Layout_70`
 - change the role attribute from 'modifier' to 'inhibitor'

I'll be sure to make that easier to do in a future version of COPASI.

Thanks Frank. But when I downloaded the modified file and check the diagram, I do not see any changes in it. Also thanks for guiding steps to do the modifications. I will try it on my own as well.

Hello Nausheen,

the image shows the difference of the manual edits. Where instead of a generic modifier display, an inhibition is displayed now.
