ERROR IN GETTING THE STEADY STATES

Dear sir,

I am facing issues in this reaction network in copasi. While running the steady state analysis, it generates this error: 

COPASI ERROR EXCEPTION 2026-08-03T18:40:35< CTrajectoryMethod (6): Deterministic integration failed: DLSODA; i believe this might be due to a solver issue or tolerance limit but i couldnot fix it in copasi; i have attached the copasi file.

I would appreciate if you could tell me how to fix it in copasi, as i want to use this for lna calculation thereafter.

Hello Manmath,

It is not a problem with COPASI your model is in unstable and cannot have a Steady State as you generate both X and Y with reactions R6 and R1.
