Hi Team,
I am new to modelling kinetics, I have seen lot of literature where researchers are using COPASI, many others said it is a powerful tool. Thanks for building this.
Coming to my reaction:
I have a chromium azide dimer (A) behave differently to thermal and photochemical energies (Blue light).
Thermal response top: and photochemical response is bottom

Thermally, A changes to quickly to B as major product and some amount to C as minor product (with in 5 hours). Later B slowly changes to C (even after 7 days - incomplete)
I am thinking to model this as A - > B + C and B -> C, please suggest if you are thinking differently.
Photochemically, it is simple Direct conversion from A to C. this reaction completes in 6 hours.
Please help in setting up model and plotting graph
