Hi,

I am trying to simulate a cycle with the Hybrid (Runge Kutta) method, but this message appears "At least one particle number in the initial state is too big". I tried millimolar concentrations but nothing happens.

Can anyone help me, please?

Hello Joan,

First change to particle mode to see how large your numbers are to
determine the scaling factor. You would need small numbers to see
stochastic effects. What is small depends on your model but you could
start with 100-1000. Once you have the scaling factor switch back to
concentration mode and change the size of the compartment accordingly.

I hope that helps!

Thanks,
Stefan
