Hi Frank,
I missed the tutorial, as it was 3 AM in Boston.  Do you have a link to the recording?

Best regards,
Jerry

Dear biologists interested in modeling,

The FREE ONLINE Annual Workshop on Computational Cell Biology (CCB) will take place March 16-20, 2026 is organized by the Center for Cell Analysis and Modeling at UConn Health. The course (the tentative schedule https://vcell.org/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/CCB_announcement-2026.pdf) will combine lessons on modeling techniques (ODE, PDE, stochastic, spatial stochastic, agent- and rule-based modeling with BioNetGen and NFSim) using VCell (http://vcell.org/), COPASI (http://copasi.org/) and SpringSalad (https://vcell.org/ssalad), and interactive hands-on sessions using software to design your models and perform simulations. The project track is intended for participants who already have modeling projects. To be included in the project track, please submit a description of your project explaining how VCell, COPASI and/or SpringSalad will help your research project to Dr. Michael Blinov bli...@uchc.edu.  This info will allow us to determine if the current implementations of our tools apply to your project. Participants in the project track will also be required to give a short presentation about their project on the first day.

Please register for the workshop at https://forms.gle/nVfmSewafrtJ1fmS9

Best regards,
Michael
