25th Annual Computational Cell Biology Workshop
February 26-28

An intense online workshop, designed to help cell biologists and
biophysicists to develop mathematical models of their experimental
system. We will teach how to use VCell (, COPASI
( and SpringSalad ( software
to develop spatial and non-spatial models using deterministic,
stochastic, agent- and rule-based approaches. Please check the websites
for extensive tutorials and examples of models. Organized by the Center
for Cell Analysis and Modeling (CCAM) at the University of Connecticut
School of Medicine (UConn Health).

The workshop features a Keynote Speaker on each of the Days of this Zoom
- Yulia Timofeeva (University of Warwick)
- James Sluka (Indiana University)
- Kevin Janes (University of Virginia)

The deadline to apply for this free 3-day intensive hands-on event is
coming up quick! (January 13). Details on how to apply on this web page:
