Dear Friends,
I worked with a team of colleagues from Memisa and ITM in Belgium and West Bengal Voluntary Health Association, from India, supporting them to document a 20 year journey of supporting communities to engage with health systems.
The book weaves the story of the communities' own efforts, the facilitation process and locates the overall journey and results in the global and national policy framework.
I believe the book can be an important resource describing in detail the community processes, the role of local context and the strengths (and limitations) of participatory processes as we navigate towards UHC and the SDGs.
We look forward to your feedback and comments.
The ebook is available at -
Best wishes,
Abhijit
