Hi guys, sorry for spamming your e-mail boxes today, but I'm forced to ask you to read this e-mail.

 

As Transnational Project, we have the possibility to have 2 places at the next GA, outside the NMO quota. Personally, I couldn't be there, so, if anyone is thinking about going at the GA, this is the right time to tell me!

 

I'm attaching the e-mail of Vesna to be as clear as possible, let me know before the 14th in order to organize things :D

 

 

 

 
2. Project representatives for AM09
 
As you know the registration for AM09 has already started. Each IFMSA recognized project - initiative, transnational, endorsed - has the right to send their representatives to a GA outside the NMO quota.
 
But I need to have a list of those people attending the AM09 an behalf of projects. So please send me an information about the project representatives that are going to attend AM09 on behalf of your project. Please send me:
the name of the project they are representing
the names of the representatives
NMOs of the representatives
e-mail address of the representatives
The initiatives and the transnational projects can send 2 representatives, the endorsed projects 1 representative.
 
I need the names until the 15th May and they will have to register until the 20th May so that there will be enough time for the IFMSA president to approve them all before the early registration closes. 
 
To register they should go to http://macedoniaam09.org/about.php. When registering they have to choose a role in the GA – this is where they should choose the option Project representative. Make sure that also their NMO president approves their registration.
 
I have attached also the OC instructions for the registration of people outside the NMO quota.
 
Please send me an e-mail as soon as possible just confirming that you have received the info about the representatives.

While u still fill in the State of Art, I write something about GAs!

 

As you know GAs are big big international meetings...i really hope everyone of you will have the opportunity to participate at one at least, it's really an amazing opportunity! During GAs we have the opportunity to present the Project, in order to spread it all over the world!

Mainly there are 2 events dedicated to the project presentation: the Project Fair and the Project Presentations.

 

During the PF we have the opportunity to have a poster, or something similar...people will pass, and maybe will see it. It's really nice, but, I have to admit, in the last years has been far less attractive for people...During the last GA we had a Poster at the Project Fair, made by my dear friend Alessandro!

 

During the PP we have the opportunity to have a very funny (but short) video and to have few words presenting the project. IFMSA doensn't have so much time for projects, people is all concentrated on funny things like bylaws changes, and any other unuseful thing, but PP is way more attractive than PF, or at least gives us more appeal than the PF: we are clowns, so our videos usually are...CRAZY :D

 

So now I'm asking you....what do you want to do for next GA? anyone has some material we can use?

 

I'm sure in the next weeks or month Vesna will ask for applicate to PF and PP, so I would like to do the thing you like the most!

Actually, I'm very busy, because I'm doing my SCOPE exchange at France this month and then I'll go straight to Macedonia!
So I'm very worried about the video because the computer that I have access operates with Linux system and I still don't know how to construct a video here... Hahahaha.

Marco, do you have an abstract about the current situation of smile X? Like a parcial vision about the project's state of art? I need these information to put in the video...

About the partial overview on the state of art of the Project, sure I'll send you tomorrow or the day after! there is nothing much, and, let me tell you guys, there are a lot of deficitary things in wich we should work, but I'll try to give u some informations to put on the video!

Clowns all over the world, PLEASE HELP US!!! Ecuador, Catalunya, Perù, Perù again, Italy, let's help us with some photos and anything u think could be important! Maybe it's not clear, but as every IFMSA project we have to evaluate our work at the end of the year: and if we don't succeed in doing at least the majority of the activities previewed...well...we close!

Hi everybody!

still no answers from the people missing: guys we need your feedback, or you will have the responsability of the failure of the Project. Please, we NEED the state of art! PERU!!! COME ON!!!

I'm writing you for the AM 09. Vesna, the Project Support Division Director, asked me if is possible to prepare something for the Project Fair too. She wants Smile X both at project presentation than at project fair.

I have to be honest, the Project Fair is not so interesting: is a Poster, and that's all. It's not very useful for us. And probably Vesna asked me because few projects are applying for that.

But it's not a big deal for us: Alessandro (Italy) prepared a nice poster for last GA, and we could re-use it. I've learned that is always good to make favours to people, what goes around comes around, isn't it? the we are clowns, we should be nice :D

So, anybody of you wants to give theyr support by printing the poster and bringing at the GA? Not only Brasil, come on :D
