A new Start

Dear Red Noses all around the world,   HELLO!!!!!   Is an extremely long long period we don't ear each other..how are u? how is life trating you?   Last year, as u obviously know, we didn't worked as we should: I had lack of time and of energy, and as me some of u too, cause quite nobody answered to the few mails we sent...is a lot of time that I don't have news from APEMH, from AECS,from IFLMS, I mean, we all could be better!   This year things have to be different. I talked a lot with Guillermo, co-coordinator with me, and with my NMO, and we want to change!   Doctors-Patients relationship and the love care living deserves the BEST and more organized Project of IFMSA. Now we have the energy to do this, and we need, another time, your help.   Last week I sent an e-mail to all the presidents of the NMOs involved (excluded Italy and IFMSA Perù...for obvious reasons.. :D) asking a National Coordinator to involve. Hiiii Clowns all around the world!!!   so, finally most of the Presidents answered me...now we're kinda ready to build the new team of National Coordinators that will work togheter during the whole year!!!   We still miss an answer from IFLMS Brasil and AECS Catalunya, but I've talked with Vesna today and she will contact them during the Ga...hopefully they will join us very very soon!!!   Please, we absolutely need a good feedback this year in order to fullfill our goals...so, first rule, DON'T BE SHY!!! we're clowns, eh? so, bad english is extremely welcome, errors are more than welcome and misunderstanding are FUNNY!!! so, please, write :D     in order to start to ake confidence with this list and as icebreaker, please introduce yourself!!!     un besito para mi bola rojas!

HOLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!

 

I'm Gemma, the new NPO from AECS-Catalonia, coordinator of all the projects... (because we are few people and everybody makes everything!!!!!)

 

First of all, SORRY!!!!!!!! I was very busy with the university (I finished on January my Exam's Period and now I've got exams every two weeks more or less, it's horrible!!!! I need hollidays!!!!)

 

Second... The project in Catalonia is... well... right now doesn't exist... :( ( It's a pity I know it!!!!) because we haven't found nobody who do us a clown course (because all the courses are much expensive, and we haven't got much money...).
I've got a group of 15 people in one local comittee and they are searching for a free clown... but it is impossible and they are looking for a cheap clown... but it's dificult too...
So If you've got any idea of how can solve this problem I will have to say you: THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!! XD

 

third... Although we haven't very active in this project this year... (one of my goals for the next year were reactivate the project, because this year is a little bit dificult...) Please inform me of everything... and if you need something from me please don't hesitate to telling me and ask me for help or anything else!!!!!!

It's a big pleasure be working with you...

 

My name is Mariana (you can call me Mari) and I'm the NPO from IFLMS Brazil! I'm a clown since 2007, and I still go to the hospital every week (with a huge love and motivation)!

 

Clowntherapy already has a big history in Brazil... Since 2006, it has grew up a lot and, nowadays, Smile - X is the biggest SCOPH's project here!

 

Everybody wants to be a clown! =]

 

I hope we can work hard in the global development of Smile X... New ideas, new approaches, new target publics, new countries! Let's share our red nose and shine eyes.

Im Gaby, from Ecuador. I was part of the old clown group, and will stay for a while :o)) I really love the project and want it to move forward here in Ecuador, sicne we only finished one of three workshops, and hopefully sooon go to the hospitals!!! Now Luli will take charge of the project but ill still be around..

Mariana, congratulations on the video!!! i loove it!! :)) are they presenting in it in Tunisia?? (i didnt see it in the list.. maybe i missed it!! )

Hi everybody, i’m really glad and proud to write here for the first time…as u can imagine from my greeting I’m from Italy and my name is Alessandro, I’m the National Coordinator here!!! But for you of course I’m BRUCO (it’s my clown name, in Italian it means worm :P, is taken from a funny song)

I’m working in clown therapy since 2003 when I started my faculty. Now I’m finishing and I’m really happy about my long experience in Clown therapy, and moreover I’m happy to share it with you worldwide! I know  there is lot of work to do and we will do it toghether. It will be an important experience, not easy but u know: “a clown always can!!!  Maybe his mom doesn’t allow him to do something, but he always can :P”

I’m starting right now to check the situation all around my country, I hope in few days to know everything about clown activities in Italy.

For now I think is enough, but remember, I could be more boring :P be carefull!!!!!
