[Project Smile X]

Hi there guys!!!

I really do not understand why no one is answering since months. 

I really, really, and for the last time, encourage you to answer, anything, but answer. Project Smile X is on the green mile. If we do not find anyone that apply for the IC role soon, this project will die. Closed.

This will be a loss of strenght, not for me, but for you that will be involved in the next years in ifmsa.

No skills are required...not much time, and anything else...please, please, answer to this e-mail. Even to say "No, I don't". But answer. This silence is so depressing.

Hi Clowns! How are you???

I wish you are still smiling, even if you are busy or in trouble…

I can imagine how can it be to feel when everything is working bad, people is disappearing and a big project like Smile X seems to be missed by all of us...

I know that to be and IC could be a great experience and that is not a big deal. Otherwise i have to say that i reached almost the end of my experience in Italy SISM and that i’m working to leave my job here complete, leaving to all local committees the opportunity to wear a red nose and work to be a good doctor-clown.

I could think about IC if anybody will apply, but i hope that there will be anyone younger and with more free time than me…

Big hugs clowns, just keep on smiling (and writing!!!!)

I havent replied since Luli is the coordinator here in Ecuador.. but i have to reply ;P

 I can feel your desperation Zawi and understand you, sadly even though ill love to be the coordinator, i have terrible schedules in the hospital and so much to study and do, that im finally trying to leave IFMSA (step by step, now only being SupCo in IFMSA-Ecuador), and i dont like to do things 50 or even 80% well, if i cant do it 100% i prefer not to :((

Come on dear clowns!! its a great project and we (well you :P) cannot let it die.. As Zawi sais, the work is not MUUCH, keeping the group working and fill some reports..

I can help whoever is taking charge, so the job is not as bad or hectic, but cannot assume full responsability because of my time limitations.. (and for a change i really need to study some more ;)) )

Sorry for answering late, but I'm too busy at this moment and I've got a lot of mails pending of an answer, one of them was this, sorry!!!!

the second sorry is for telling you that I have no time to coordinate this great project, and for being honest I don't believe that i can't do it because I'm not enough mature (I don't know the correct expression in english :S) in this project for being a good coordinator and I have no much time to dedicat it. I'm so sorry but it's not fair that the coordinator hasn't have time to coordinate it, but please dear clowns, if someone of you have some time, accept this oportunity because take for sure it will be a great experience and we can't let it die this amazing project, because I'm sure that all of us will help you with all you need ;)

How are you?? Hope everything is fine. I am very sorry for not writing but i have a lot of work. I am just organizing another workshop of clown therapy. And as Gaby said Patch Adams is coming to Ecuador on January, so I'm trying to contact him to participate in his visit.
 
Zawi, I would love to be IC of the project but i really don't have time, in less than a year i will begin my internship and i will not have any time at all. I hope someone answer soon, because i love this project and i don't want to see it disapear.

It's not a problem your "no", i mean, yes is a problem but the unique very important thing is your participation...

We NEED a feedback, we need you to reply, even if for a "no", but we need ACTIVE people...

Still missing answer from both PERUVIAN associations and from BRASIL....have I to beg for an answer?

Being a volunteer means voluntearly accept a responsability. Please, an e-mail to send is not such a big deal guys.

Sorry, I am in Denver right now. In IFMSA Peru there is just one LC running the project, one is trying to reorganize the project and four are trying to make a proposal. Sorry for not answering,

In Apemh Peru, we had our national Assembly, and until now, we dont have our new coordinator for the period 2010, but we will choose one for the end of these year,,,
Now, we are running this project in just 2 LCs, Lima and Arequipa, For 2010, we are planning to run this project in the others LCs, we also need new Local Coordinators!!!
