Subject: Conduct of Review meeting with TEQIP-II Institutions of Kerala state..reg
Dear Sir,
As per the direction of Additional Secretary (TE & NPD TEQIP), MHRD, NPIU has planned to have a review meeting with TEQIP-II institutions of Kerala state on 2nd June 2016 (from 10:00hrs onwards) at Trivandrum for monitoring of expenditure of TEQIP-II and accelerating the expenditure in the project to achieve the project targets.
In this regard, the SPFU Kerala has been requested to organize a meeting with all its participating project institutions. The institutions are required to make a brief presentation on following points during the meeting.
· Month wise Action plan for expenditure of funds (Format attached as Annex-1)
· Academic Achievement till date
The meeting venue and tentative schedule will be mailed to you shortly.
Principal Secretary Higher Education has scheduled a preliminary review meeting with SPFU , based on the template received from project institutions.Hence you are requested to mail the filled template at the earliest, not later than 27 th may 2016, so that it can be submitted the Principal Secretary for review.
