Sub.: Submission of Financial Management Indicators report for the period from 01.10.2015 to 31.03.2016

 

 

Dear Sir,

 

As per the Financial Management Manual for TEQIP-II the submission of six monthly FM indicators is necessary. The World Bank during the various JRM has also insisted that States/CFIs should submit six monthly FM indicators regularly.

 

Accordingly, the project institutions under the states shall submit six monthly FM Indicators report to the SPFU as per the Proforma given in the FM Manual page No. 107 Annexure-XIV. SPFU will consolidate all the FM Indicators of the Project Institutions and send to NPIU as per the Proforma given in FM Manual Page No. 109 Annexure-XV. 

 

The CFIs shall submit six monthly FM Indicators to NPIU as per Proforma given in FM Manual page No. 107 Annexure-XIV.

 

It is therefore, requested to all States/CFIs to submit the Financial Management Indicators Report for the period from 01.10.2015 to 31.03.2016 by 30.04.2016. So that the same can be reviewed by the World Bank in the next Review Mission.

 

This may kindly be treated as most urgent.
