Dears Sirs / Madams

As you know Afghan Red Crescent Society has mandate to treat following category patients.

1- Congenital Heart Disease (ASD- VSD-PDA – ToF) ages under 11 years old

2- Chronic ostimyalities with pus ( ages under 11 years old )

3- Sever burnt with ages under 11 years old.

But perforce for humanitarin assistance we have registered some refractory patients which are difficult to treat and living in very bad situation .

At the time being these are not in ARCS category and program to treat but due to finding any charity organization to help, these patients have been registered and introduced to all in case of helping and urgent humanitarian assistances.
