I'm forwarding this training opportunity which is focused on worker organizing but the Maine contingent includes tenant organizers.  If you are doing, or are interested in doing, tenant organizing or working with Resident Owned Communities this is an excellent and free opportunity. I took the class last year and sharpened my organizing skills quite a bit in the process.  Worth considering.
