Good Morning!Join our upcoming P5 Learning Series workshop at 1pm on Thursday, June 3rd! Cooling Down a Hot Mess is a FREE Conflict Management workshop for Boards, Management and Staff. In this workshop, Clarity Services will introduce us to the science of reactivity and strategies for self-regulation when things are "hot." When communication is challenging our nervous systems respond in ways that make sense based on both how we are "wired" as humans and how we've been conditioned by our experiences. In this session we will share a beginning understanding of how our nervous systems function and how our use of language can be supportive to the regulation of our own nervous systems and the nervous systems of others, creating the conditions for more connecting and effective communication. | ||||||||||||||||||
