Would You Attend? Help Us Gauge Interest in “Gettin’ By” Poverty Training

We’re exploring the possibility of offering a unique training called Gettin’ By—a hands-on experience that helps professionals better understand and work with people living in poverty. Before moving forward, we’d love to know: Would you be interested in attending?

What is Gettin’ By?

Created by epidemiologist Linda Riddell, Gettin’ By is an interactive session where participants play a game that simulates the mental and emotional effects of living with chronic scarcity. It’s a powerful way to gain new insight and tools to support your work with low-income communities.

What to Expect:

• A hands-on, interactive two-hour session: One hour of gameplay, followed by an hour-long debrief.
  
  

• Gain new tools and insights on how to make your work more effective for people living in poverty.
