Chastain Park Amphitheatre – LiveNation Series A Concerts 2014

Order tickets for this event before they go to sale to the general public! It is almost time for the release of Chastain Park Concerts 2014!!! There are three series for Chastain: Series "A", Series "B" and the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra Classic Chastain (ASO.) This information is for Series A. Information on release date for Series "B" and the ASO is not available as of yet. The ASO Classic Chastain Series and Series B are typically released in mid April.
Order Form & Deadlines: We expect the line up for Series A to be released to Concierge Services of Atlanta next week – usually on a Wed or Thurs - before it goes on sale to the general public. Order Deadline I will be the Friday following the release and provides guaranteed seating. To ensure guaranteed tickets, please place your order by Deadline I. A second deadline to order will be offered – but is subject to availability and some shows could sell out.
Seating Locations: Unfortunately I do not know the exact location or range of seating. I won't know this information until your tickets come in which is usually the week of the concert. Here is how seating at Chastain works: Series subscribers are seated first (you would have to purchase tickets to every concert in order to be a series subscriber). Then, groups are seated second. Concierge Services of Atlanta (CSA) purchases tickets as a "group." CSA is the oldest and largest established group company so our seats are reserved first among group seating directly behind series subscribers. Then mini-series subscribers are seated and finally Ticketmaster (general public). One of the advantages of purchasing Chastain tickets through CSA is that we enable you to select only the concerts you want to see and provide the best seating without having to purchase concert tickets for the entire season.
Tables: I have had access to tables in past years and anticipate having limited access to tables this year. I will not have access to floor (PIT) tables, only terrace tables. A table seats 6 people. If you place an order for 6, I will automatically try to upgrade you to a table (there is no extra cost for tables on Series A and B). If a table is not available, then you will receive 6 tickets. I will not know if you have received a table until your tickets arrive, which is generally the week of the show. I cannot take orders for tables only.
Service charges: Chastain charges a per ticket service charge. Concierge Services of Atlanta also charges a handling charge and convenience fee, these charges are listed on the order form. Prices include taxes and service charges.
Other Information: All concerts are held rain or shine and no refunds or rebates are issued. All sales are final – no refunds, cancellations or exchanges. All dates, prices and performers are subject to change without notice (from promoter). Large parties of 6 or more cannot be guaranteed consecutive seats on 1 row and may be piggy-backed.
Parking Passes: A limited number of parking passes might be available. I cannot guarantee availability, and will refund you the parking cost if they are not received with your tickets.
Ticket distribution: Typically the week of the performance. All shows are held rain or shine, no refunds.
