Group Size & Stay
Minimum stay: 3 nights
Ideal group size: 10 ROOMS
Complimentary rooms: 1 room free for yoga teachers (up to 2–3 instructors) IN YOUR CASE WE WILL GIVE YOU THE PENTHOUSE FOR GROUP LEADERS , SO YOU CAN USE IT FOR SEMINARS END EVEN FOR MEDITATIONS .
Accommodation
All suites are bright and spacious, designed with natural materials, modern bathrooms, and private kitchenettes. There are no televisions – only peace, light, and simplicity.
Total Capacity: 13 Units | Maximum 26 adults (sharing rooms, not beds)
Evia Bay Penthouse (Room 13): 3 Master Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (6 pax) + 60 m² living room + full kitchen + 120 m² private panoramic sea-view terrace with outdoor kitchen and seating.
Anastasia Suite (Room 12): 2 Master Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms + kitchenette (1 accessible room) – up to 4 pax.
Roma Studio (Room 9): 1 Bedroom + bathroom + kitchenette (wheelchair accessible) – 2 pax.
Ariel Studio (Room 4) & Ben Studio (Room 5): 1 Bedroom + sofa bed (for 1 adult) + kitchenette – up to 3 pax each.
Maximilian Suites (8 units): 1 Bedroom + living room (sofa bed for 1 adult) + kitchenette – up to 3 pax each.

Use of our wooden yoga shala, fully equipped with mats and props, is included in all group bookings.
Optional sessions with our in-house facilitator, Anastasia, who speaks hebrew and english, greek and russian, include:

Sound Healing Journey (1h30m): €20/person
Meditation & Energy Work (1h): €15/person
Workshops (Anatomy, Ecstatic Dance, Emotional Writing, Manifestation & more): €15/person
(Each activity requires a minimum of 10 participants.)
Meals
Brunch Buffet: €15-25/person/day (vegetarian and organic options; two menus available – full details on request).
Day Snacks: €7–10/person/day (local pastries, fruit, nuts).
Dinner Options:
Local Tavernas: approx. €25–30/person (incl. wine)
Hotel Garden BBQ: €40/person (incl. wine)
Welcome or farewell dinners can be arranged via either option.
Transportation
Minibus (up to 20 pax): €550/way + €6/person ferry
Coach Bus (up to 50 pax): €750/way + €6/person ferry

10% deposit upon booking
40% payment 30 days prior to arrival
Final 50% 7 days prior to arrival
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival (30 days for August bookings, without penalty).
