میرے ناقص علم کے مطابق احکام  پردہ میں تین چیزیں آتی ہیں

1-غص بصر  یعنی نظر جھکانے کا حکم

2-چہرہ کو ڈھانپنے کا حکم

3-نقاب کا حکم

 

1-غص بصر  یعنی نظر جھکانے کا حکم

قُلْ لِّلْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ یَغُضُّوْا مِنْ اَبْصَارِهِمْ وَ یَحْفَظُوْا فُرُوْجَهُمْ ؕ ذٰلِكَ اَزْكٰی لَهُمْ ؕ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ خَبِیْرٌۢ بِمَا یَصْنَعُوْنَ۝۳۰

مسلمان مردوں کو حکم دو اپنی نگاہیں کچھ نیچی رکھیں  اور اپنی شرمگاہوں کی حفاظت کریں  یہ ان کے لئے بہت ستھرا ہے بیشک اللہ کو ان کے کاموں کی خبر ہے

وَ قُلْ لِّلْمُؤْمِنٰتِ یَغْضُضْنَ مِنْ اَبْصَارِهِنَّ وَ یَحْفَظْنَ فُرُوْجَهُنَّ وَ لَا یُبْدِیْنَ زِیْنَتَهُنَّ اِلَّا مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا وَ لْیَضْرِبْنَ بِخُمُرِهِنَّ عَلٰی جُیُوْبِهِنَّ ۪ وَ لَا یُبْدِیْنَ زِیْنَتَهُنَّ اِلَّا لِبُعُوْلَتِهِنَّ اَوْ اٰبَآىِٕهِنَّ اَوْ اٰبَآءِ بُعُوْلَتِهِنَّ اَوْ اَبْنَآىِٕهِنَّ اَوْ اَبْنَآءِ بُعُوْلَتِهِنَّ اَوْ اِخْوَانِهِنَّ اَوْ بَنِیْۤ اِخْوَانِهِنَّ اَوْ بَنِیْۤ اَخَوٰتِهِنَّ اَوْ نِسَآىِٕهِنَّ اَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ اَیْمَانُهُنَّ اَوِ التّٰبِعِیْنَ غَیْرِ اُولِی الْاِرْبَةِ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ اَوِ الطِّفْلِ الَّذِیْنَ لَمْ یَظْهَرُوْا عَلٰی عَوْرٰتِ النِّسَآءِ ۪ وَ لَا یَضْرِبْنَ بِاَرْجُلِهِنَّ لِیُعْلَمَ مَا یُخْفِیْنَ مِنْ زِیْنَتِهِنَّ ؕ وَ تُوْبُوْۤا اِلَی اللّٰهِ جَمِیْعًا اَیُّهَ الْمُؤْمِنُوْنَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُوْنَ۝۳۱

اور مسلمان عورتوں کو حکم دو اپنی نگاہیں کچھ نیچی رکھیں اور اپنی پارسائی کی حفاظت کریں اور اپنا بناؤ نہ دکھائیں  مگر جتنا خود ہی ظاہر ہے اور وہ دوپٹے اپنے گریبانوں پر ڈالے رہیں اور اپنا سنگار ظاہر نہ کریں مگر اپنے شوہروں پر یا اپنے باپ  یا شوہروں کے باپ  یا اپنے بیٹے  یا شوہروں کے بیٹے یا اپنے بھائی یا اپنے بھتیجے یا اپنے بھانجے  یا اپنے دین کی عورتیں یا اپنی کنیزیں جو اپنے ہاتھ کی مِلک ہوں  یا نوکر بشرطیکہ شہوت والے مرد نہ ہوں  یا وہ بچّے جنہیں عورتوں کی شرم کی چیزوں کی خبر نہیں اور زمین پر پاؤں زور سے نہ رکھیں کہ جانا جائے ان کا چُھپا ہوا سنگار  اور اللہ کی طرف توبہ کرو اے مسلمانو سب کے سب اس امید پر کہ تم فلاح پاؤ

 

حضرت جریر رضی اللہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے رسول اللہ سے پوچھا کہ اچانک نظر پڑجائے تو کیا کروں ؟ آپ�نے فرمایا کہ نظر کو پھیر لو۔۔۔

ابوداؤد،باب ما یومر بہ من غص بصر

 

2-چہرہ کو ڈھانپنے کا حکم

یٰۤاَیُّهَا النَّبِیُّ قُلْ لِّاَزْوَاجِكَ وَ بَنٰتِكَ وَ نِسَآءِ الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ یُدْنِیْنَ عَلَیْهِنَّ مِنْ جَلَابِیْبِهِنَّ ؕ ذٰلِكَ اَدْنٰۤی اَنْ یُّعْرَفْنَ فَلَا یُؤْذَیْنَ ؕ وَ كَانَ اللّٰهُ غَفُوْرًا رَّحِیْمًا۝۵۹

اے نبی اپنی بیبیوں اور صاحبزادیوں اور مسلمانوں کی عورتوں سے فرما دو کہ اپنی چادروں کا ایک حصہ اپنے منھ پر ڈالے رہیںیہ اس سے نزدیک تر ہے کہ ان کی پہچان ہو تو ستائی نہ جائیں اور اللہ بخشنے والا مہربان ہے

میں  زیادہ  تفصیل میں جائے بغیر بس اتنا بتا نا چاہتا ہوں کہ تقریبا تمام مفسرین نے اس آیت کی تشریح میں واضح لکھا ہے کہ چہرہ کا پردہ کرنا چاہیےاور احادیث سے حوالہ جات بھی دئیے ہیں آپ ان کی تفاسیر کو مطالعہ کر سکتے ہیں

تفسیر ابن جریر،تفسیر غرائب القرآن،تفسیر کبیر، تفسیر بیضاوی

 

3-نقاب کا حکم

قاضی بیضاوی لکھتے ہیںیُدْنِیْنَ عَلَیْهِنَّ مِنْ جَلَابِیْبِهِنَّ ؕ   سے مراد ہے کہ جب عورتیں اپنی حاجات کیلئے باہر نکلیں تو اپنی چادروں سے اپنے چہروں اور جسموں کو چھپالیں-یہاں من تبعیض کیلئے ہےیعنی چادروں کے ایک حصہ کو منہ میں ڈالا جائے اور ایک حصہ کو جسم پر لپیٹ لیا جائےتاکہ مشتبہ چال کے لوگ ان سے تعارض کی ہمت نہ کر سکیں

Aur wo loog jo parda aur naqab karne walon per tanqeed karte hen unhen is se tooba karni chahyea…….kion k kisi k ooper wahi nahi uterti he k use pata chal jata he k parda karne wali koi fahisha he jo parde ko ghalt kaam k liye use kar rahi he………
