I had a question regarding the issue of the two-phase input. Is there any way to handle it.

Sorry, but no. These equations of state are just not valid in the two-phase region.  You are welcome to apply various approximations, but none of them will be thermodynamically consistent, therefore, CoolProp doesn't allow them.
