Hi Bart,

I am a final year student pursuing my B.tech degree in Computer Science Engineering at Amrita University, India. I want to participate in ESA summer of code 2013 and have found the project topic 'Structured mesh generation' interesting and promising. I have sound knowledge of c++, algorithms and data structure, and have some experience with software testing. I have done unit testing for some of the open source project. I am interested in this project. I would like to know more detail about the topic. Please give your valuable suggestion on the topic and guide me through this project and the application process.

Thank you !

Regards,
Abhishek

Dear Abhishek,

Please note that for the SOCIS program you need to be registered in a
European university from a limited list of states:
http://sophia.estec.esa.int/socis2013/?q=faq#socis_elig_student_who

Unless you are also registered at a university in one of these states, I'm
afraid you would not be eligible to participate.

Kind regards,

Bart
