Job Description:

*Trouble shooting for Broadband related issues

*Setting up wireless connection on Laptops and Desktops.

*Connectivity issues with ops Modem, Routers, Hubs and Switches.

*Dealing with network connectivity LAN , WAN and MAN

*Checking the exchange line issues / outages / Fixing appointment with the technician at UK.

Skill set required:

1. Excellent English Communication Skills with neutral accent.

2. Immediate joiners are preferred.

3. Willing to Work in Night/rotational Shifts.

4: Basic knowledge about networking concepts for trouble shooting for broadband related issues

 

Interview Process: 

 

HCL is selecting the candidates who are good in English communication, because the candidates need to interact with their UK clients.

HCL will be conducting 2 rounds of Interview to check English Communication.

1st Round: Screening : Speak about any topic of your choice.

2nd Round: Telephonic Round or direct round. General questions will be asked. You need to answer without any grammatical mistakes and be interactive.  

If you clear the 2nd round, HCL HR will be providing you the offer letter on the same day.
