COOL COOKIE CRUMBLE
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello, any flavor
1 c. boiling water
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
4 chocolate sandwich cookies, crumbled
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add ice cream by spoonfuls. Stir until ice cream is melted. Fold in crumbled cookies. Chill until set, about 30 minutes.
