I have tried one more time to make a gluten free sandwich bread and
instead I made 2 perfect DOOR STOPS :-(
Well, you know the old saying "If at first you don't succeed, SHOP"
wait, that's not how it goes LOL is it??
I will try again, nothing is going to stop me except the cost of all
these special flours.
Did you know, that in order to replace wheat flour you need Potato
flour, Tapioca flour, White Rice flour, Xanthan gum etc........
Holy cow!!! Like I said I will keep trying until I have perfected GF
bread. Wish me luck guys and I will keep you all informed on how I
do..
I think being around 3000 ft. above sea level might have something to
do with it. Any comments ??? or ideas??
